Shipping and Returns

We offer free worldwide shipping for purchase over $150, after all discounts and vouchers have been applied. For orders under $150 will be shipped at a flat rate of $50.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. You will receive your order within 10 -14 business days, unless you are notified otherwise at the time of your order.

Please note that duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders are not prepaid by us. These are the customer‘s responsibility. The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient‘s country and carrier related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Return Policy

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return to us within 30 days of receipt, providing that they are in original condition and packaging with tags attached.

*Only full priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale and promotional items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive refund, we do not provide exchange. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you’ll need to place a new order.

If you have received a product that is faulty, please get in touch with a customer service representative at hi@therealliving.com so we can assist you as soon as possible.

The return shipping must be covered by customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier.

To Return:

  1. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, complete with original tags and packaging. Please contact our customer service at hi@therealliving.com to complete a return form, print it off and enclose it in your parcel, then return to the following address:

  2.  Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for item damaged or lost in the return transit.
  3. Please ensure that you have ticked the “Return Goods” on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.We are not responsible for any return custom charges made.
  4. Once the item is received, inspected and meets the above conditions, we will provide a refund via the original form within 7 business days upon receiving the items. You will be notified via email once the refund transaction has taken place.
